The newest dining destination at Goodstone Inn & Restaurant is named for the estate’s resident llama, a fitting namesake for a concept rooted in the life of the land surrounding it. It brings a more relaxed spirit to the resort’s dining experience. Set among rolling pastures, historic stone walls, gardens, and working farmland, Grayson’s is designed to bring guests closer to Goodstone’s daily cadence while offering the warmth and elevated experience expected from one of Hunt Country’s beloved getaways.

At the heart of the restaurant is a true farm-to-table approach. The culinary team draws inspiration from Goodstone’s own on-site farm, where herbs, greens, heirloom vegetables, and farm-fresh eggs help shape the menu each day.
Executive Chef Ahmed Ibrahim describes the Goodstone philosophy as one built around respecting nature, harvesting with care, and serving cuisine that reflects pride in both the farm and the surrounding community. “Our goal is to let the estate guide the plate,” Ibrahim says. That spirit comes through in Grayson’s approachable menu, which aims to balance rustic comfort with the sense of occasion that has long defined the Goodstone experience.

With menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, daily and weekend brunch, and the bar, there is something for everyone. For guests, neighbors, and visitors to the area, Grayson’s offers a new way to experience Goodstone: not simply as a place to dine, but where the kitchen, farm, and countryside are closely connected.
