Christmas in Middleburg Donates $1,000 to Middleburg Humane Foundation

MIDDLEBURG, VA — Christmas in Middleburg is pleased to announce a donation of $1,000.00 to the Middleburg Humane Foundation! This donation was made possible by proceeds from their first annual Christmas in Middleburg tree ornament. The Limited Edition 2023 ornament was made in honor of the late Emily Talbot Sharp. The ornament depicts one of her famous Christmas signs that hangs throughout the town every year. Sharp’s family chose to donate to the Middleburg Humane Foundation in her honor because of her steadfast love for all creatures great and small.

Christmas in Middleburg is a grassroots volunteer-based nonprofit organization known best for organizing and hosting the annual Christmas parade held on the first Saturday in December. The parade is a time-honored tradition enjoyed by locals and tourists alike.

The Middleburg Humane Foundation is a respected and trusted nonprofit organization dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and rehoming of animals in need.
