Appleton Campbell Announces Promotion of Ronnie Bland to Lead its HVAC Pro Path Technicians

WARRENTON, VA — Appleton Campbell is proud to announce the promotion of Ronnie Bland, a dedicated team member with over 22 years of service as an HVAC technician, into a new leadership role guiding the company’s HVAC Pro Path technicians.

Well-known and respected by both customers and colleagues, Bland has built a reputation for exceptional workmanship, reliability, and deep technical expertise throughout his career. While many may have expected Bland to begin planning for retirement, Appleton Campbell is honored to share that he has instead chosen to take on this exciting new chapter.

In his new position, Bland will lead and mentor the next generation of HVAC technicians through the company’s Pro Path program. His transition into this role ensures that his decades of hands-on experience and industry knowledge will continue to benefit both the team and the customers they serve.
