Ribbon Cutting Ceremony with Mayor’s Office

Middleburg, Virginia, November, 12, 2021 — McEnearney Associates, REALTORS® is proud to announce the opening of a new office location in the heart of Middleburg, Virginia at 11 West Washington Street, Middleburg, VA 20118. The ribbon cutting event was celebrated with Middleburg Mayor Trowbridge “Bridge” Littleton, KC Tregoning of the Loudoun County Economic Development, and McEnearney Associates EVP, COO Dave Hawkins and EVP, Candice Bower.

McEnearney Associates has been conducting business in Middleburg for 40 years with a former office space in town for 10 years. The firm has grown tremendously with key Associates living in Middleburg, Leesburg, and beyond. “When our lease was up, we were looking for a space that would be prominent, and would best represent the rich history of Middleburg,” says Maureen McEnearney Dunn, President of McEnearney Associates. “We knew right away that this would be home for us.”

Attendance for the ceremony included Middleburg Mayor Trowbridge “Bridge” Littleton, KC Tregoning of the Loudoun County Economic Development, McEnearney Associates EVP, COO Dave Hawkins and EVP, Candice Bower, Town Council Members Peter Leonard-Morgan and J. Kevin Daly, and Scout Guide Publisher Nelina Loiselle. Catering was provided by Back Street catering and music by Gary Smallwood.
