WARRENTON, Virginia- The Fauquier Historical Society is hosting a walking tour of Old
Town Warrenton’s Main St. Participants will be taken down Main Street by a society guide,
exploring the architecture and history of the different buildings. The guide will also produce
prints of historical photographs of Warrenton’s Main St. and use them to compare with what is
seen today.
The tour will run for 1 hour and will walk along the sidewalks of Old Town Warrenton.
Comfortable shoes and clothes appropriate for the expected weather that day are recommended.
Tickets are $10 for non-members of the society, $8 for members. Tickets can be purchased by

Main St. tour or in person at the Fauquier History Museum at the Old Jail in Warrenton. The
