Vicky Tiel, a well-respected American fashion designer, author and business woman, shared several of her personal photos and sketches of her friend, Elizabeth Taylor, with “Middleburg Life” writer Kaitlin Hill. Along with the photo, she shared her memories of dinner parties with her friend. While in Paris, France, for the shooting of “What’s New Pussycat?” her first film credit as a costume designer, Tiel met the actress. In 1968, after four years of dressing Elizabeth, the pair became partners in the Mia-Vicky couture house.
