This is a free event, “COVID-safe” with individual boxed Lunch and Refreshments provided after the ride

Come share the beautiful countryside & trails of The Orange County Hounds on a quiet, ~1 ½ hour trail ride sponsored and led by the OCH Conservation Foundation (OCHCF). The purpose of the event is to provide non fox hunters the opportunity to enjoy the trails and countryside used by the Orange County Hounds in a relaxed social ride.

The Foundation is an IRS-approved 501(c)3 organization dedicated to conserving northern Virginia’s rural landscape through the support of traditional equestrian and sporting-hound activities. OCHCF strives to enhance community knowledge, appreciation, and care in perpetuity of the open space and diverse wildlife habitats that nourish the native plants and remarkable animals sharing our Virginia countryside.

Please contact Dulany Morison at dulanym[email protected] for sign-up, required releases and directions.

“COVID-safe” will require everyone to wear masks until mounted on horses. Number of participants may be limited depending upon response level.

Riders should be able to walk/trot comfortably in a group and be
